Tile and Grout Cleaning in Louisville Kentucky

Why We Take Out the Stress

Gone are the days of using a mop and bucket with a toothbrush to remove dirt and grime embedded into your tile or stone floors. Does your grout look the same color you worked so hard to choose? Get up off your knees and let us show you a better way of getting your floors back to the way they should look. Our steam cleaning method is second to none, in other words it’s simply astonishing.

Pre-Treatment: Our pre-soak and high pressure system makes dirt and grime disappear. First, we apply a mild alkaline solution to a section of the floor and allow this solution to penetrate for roughly 20 minutes. In severe cases of soiling we will use a rotary floor machine to agitate the cleaning agents in. This pre-treatment actually prepares the floor for our special cleaning process. It also loosens any accumulated dirt, grease, and pollutants that may have accumulated on the surface. Our mild alkaline solution does not produce any harmful fumes that would irritate the homeowner. After completion of the job using normal ventilation methods removes the mild scent within minutes.

Turbo Pressure Washing: We use a special high pressure system specifically designed for tile and grout. Our high tech system washes the floors to extract dirt and grease that have gotten into the pores of the surface. Our pressure system generates water force up to 1200 P.S. I. and water temperature up to 235 degrees to soften and extract the years of dirt and pollutants that have worked into your surface. The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which sucks the cleaning disk to the floor and confines the water spray inside the 16- inch disk. Customers never need to worry about a splash over.  Our patented vacuum draws any and all water away, along with the dirt. You will find that our revolutionary system will restore the tile and grout to 85 to 90 percent of its’ original appearance.

Sealing: After cleaning the floor, we apply a hydro-force premium stone and grout sealer that prevents spills and stains from easily forming. The tile and grout floor absorbs the sealer into its pore, creating a barrier against future staining. The sealer does not change the appearance of the floors by adding luster but preserves the natural beauty of the surface.

Maintenance: We will provide instructions on how to properly care for your newly refinished floors to maintain its beauty. We will provide information on what products that will do the very best job without breaking down the impregnating sealer. A regular maintenance program will keep your floors in top condition. City Wide Cleaning LLC looks forward to doing business with you!
